FAQ's

When do you open?

We are open 8.30 - 3.30 Monday to Friday term time only.

We have 5 inset days a year which we give to parents prior to the academic year.

Our session times are:

Early Start : 8.30am -8.45am

Morning Session: 8.45am - 11.45am

Lunch Time: 11.45am - 12.30pm

Afternoon Session: 12:30pm - 3.30pm

How do I pay or use funding?

Please see our dedicated page on fees and funding to get more information. If you have any questions or need any help, please get in touch. Our Deputy Karen is able to help with lots of funding questions. 

​What does my child need to bring?

We ask you to bring a bag with a several change of clothes in. We ask that you label everything. 

  • a drinks bottle

  • lunchbox

  • nappies and wipes (if still needed) 

  • wellies that can be left at preschool

  • sun hat and sun cream (in the summer)

  • hat and gloves (in the winter)

  • a seasonal coat

What is the routine of the day?

Every day can look a bit different based on the needs of the children and activities we have on offer, but her sis an idea of what it might look like.

What if my child has an allergy or medical need?

When your child starts with us, we ask you to complete an application pack which will ask questions about any allergies or medical needs. If needed, we can create health care plans. 

What activities do you do with the children? 

All Early Years settings follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support and guide what we do. Our website showcases lots of activities we have on offer, but the best way is to book a visit to see lots of the activities we have available.
